Problems / Requests

If you are a student and have a problem with your account, the system, or an application that resides on the Unix workstations, please follow the following guidelines in contacting me.

1. email. Email is checked very often during the day and somewhat often at night.

2. voice-mail. x4337. Leave a message. Also checked very often.

With both of the above, please state your problem, the time of the problem, a description of the problem, and how time critical your problem is.

3. person-to-person.  I prefer that you contact me by email or voice mail, since this gives me a reminder for future reference.  If you need to talk to me in person, my office is in Calloway 321.

I will attempt to prioritize problems according to the number of people affected as well as how time critical a solution is.
